Deposits
- Homeowners: None
- Renters: $125
- Business: Equivalent to twice the highest bill at the location (Please call our office for this amount.)
Connection Fees
- Service Connection: $75 for each and every connection
- Reconnection: $75
- Reconnection After-Hours: $100
Service Call Charges
- Minimum (one hour or less): $75
- Fifteen-minute increments after the first hour: $18.75
- After-Hours Service Call Minimum (one hour or less): $100
- Fifteen-minute increments after the first hour: $25
- No charge at any time for investigating or making a suspected GAS LEAK safe.
- If a serviceman comes to a residence or business to tag the door or to cut off the service for nonpayment, a $25 fee will be charged.
- Service will be disconnected seven (7) days after the due date of your bill. No other notice will be given.
Cut Off For Nonpayment
The customer will be required to pay all balances due to WTPUD in full, a $75 reconnection fee during business hours, and a deposit (see above) for service to be reconnected. Homeowners will be required to pay a $125 deposit due to nonpayment.
