WTPUD is not 811, 811 is the one-call system to contact all utilities to mark underground utility lines.
- You can call 811 or visit the website to enter your ticket.
- Phone requests are accepted Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm central time.
- Online requests are accepted any day or time.
- You must wait three business days for your lines to be marked.
- Natural Gas lines are marked in yellow.
- Please use white paint where you plan to dig, it’s the law.
